As we begin this new school year, I’d like to welcome you all! Whether you’re returning to Happy Hall Schools or joining us for the first time, we’re thrilled to have you in our program. Together, we’re committed to creating a nurturing and dynamic environment where every student can excel. I look forward to getting to know each of you and working together to achieve our shared goals. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead!
Program Highlights
Engagement Activities
For August, we’re excited to explore the theme of "Community.” Students will engage in activities that foster connections with one another and deepen their understanding of their surrounding communities. From collaborative projects to local explorations, it’s going to be a month filled with learning and fun as we build strong relationships and a sense of belonging.
Professional Development
Our dedicated staff has been busy this summer, completing training and preparing for the new academic year. They’ve focused on professional development to refine their teaching strategies, set up classrooms, and organize resources to ensure a smooth start to our school year.
Reminders
To ensure the safety of our students, all individuals picking up or dropping off at Happy Hall must be authorized through 1Core. Each authorized person has a unique 4-digit code that must be provided to a teacher when signing in or out. Please make sure everyone on your list is properly registered and informed of their code.
Looking Ahead
Along with finishing up our theme of "Community," next month we will be exploring the theme of "The Natural World!” In this upcoming theme, students will embark on a journey through diverse ecosystems and environmental factors that shape our planet. This theme will foster an appreciation for nature, enhance understanding of biological diversity, and promote awareness of environmental stewardship. We look forward to seeing curiosity and enthusiasm as we dive into the wonders of the natural world!
