Dear Families,
As we enter our second month back at Sunset Ridge Happy Hall, we are thrilled to see everyone settling into the new school year. September brings with it a fresh wave of enthusiasm and exciting activities for our students, and we are eager to share what’s in store!
Program Highlights
Continued Welcome Activities
To build on the momentum from last month, we’ll be engaging in activities that reinforce friendships and foster a positive school environment. Expect more team-building exercises and collaborative projects to help our students feel at home.
Theme of the Month: "Exploring Our World"
This month’s theme invites students to discover and appreciate diverse cultures and the natural world. Through themed crafts, storytelling, and interactive games, children will embark on an exciting journey of exploration and creativity.
Science and Nature Exploration
We’re diving into science and nature with hands-on experiments, nature observations, and fun educational activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to ask questions and learn more about the world around them.
Creative Arts and Crafts
Our arts and crafts sessions will continue to inspire creativity. Students will engage in various art projects, including creating seasonal decorations and exploring new artistic techniques.
Active Fun and Fitness
To keep everyone energized and healthy, we’ll be integrating a range of physical activities, from sports and games to dance sessions. It’s a great way for students to stay active while having fun.
Reminders
Pick-Up Times: Please ensure that your child is picked up by 6:00 PM. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible.
Snack Time: We provide a light snack each afternoon. If your child has any specific dietary needs or preferences, please inform us so we can accommodate them.
Personal Items: Label all personal items, including jackets, water bottles, and backpacks, to help prevent mix-ups and ensure lost items are returned.
